Admission to N.C. (L.K.G & U.K.G. if there are vacancies only) classes are usually held in January/February for the following academic year for which application further procedure should be done on the prescribed form before March. Forms are obtainable for a fee in the School Office on a specified date.
Children seeking admission in N.C. class should be between 3 years to 4 years on first of April of that academic year. A birth certificate should be produced from the Municipality/ Cantonment Board with the Application form in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form. Affidavits are not accepted.
There will be verification of forms along with both the parents and the child before the child is selected for admission on a date and time intimated at the time of application form.
Admission in any class depends upon the vacancies available and is based on tests in subjects: English, Hindi,Maths, Science & S.St. in the standard immediately below for which admission is sought and on the interview of both parents and the candidate. The parents and guardians should not put undue pressure on the Principal and the Management for admission through recommendation or through any other source.
Proper certificates with the name of the candidate and his/her parents must be submitted along with Photocopies which is duly self-attested by the parents. The parents of students of Class I and above should submit a T.C., countersigned by a competent Education Officer.
Once selected for admission to any class, the parents should fill in the admission form with utmost care as no subsequent changes will be permitted. The signing of the admission form constitutes an undertaking by the parents that they will abide by the rules governing the school as contained in this prospectus or amended at any time in the future. No admission forms are issued to anyone to carry home.
The condition of admission is that the Parents/Guardians comply strictly with the terms and rules herein stated and pay the admission and composite recurring fees and other charges laid down in the prospectus by due date. Any future changes made in the prospectus regarding rules or composite recurring fees or any other charges will also be binding on them. The Management reserves the right to admit or refuse admission.
